the room was super clean upon arrival. daily cleaning services maintained the high standard. the spacious bathroom had a great shower (i loved it!).

I found the pillows a bit too soft. They affected my sleep.

The location was acceptable. It was near the park.

The elevator system was ridiculous. It was slow to respond. if someone else was in the elevator, i couldn't select my floor from inside. also, one elevator door made terrible metallic noises when closing.
